10 simple ways to stay healthy in the office

Drink plenty of water and herbal teas, avoid soft and energy drinks.
Eat healthy snacks and lunch during your workday.
Every 30 minutes, take regular short breaks, and stretch or rest your eyes.
Every 90 minutes take regular longer breaks and go for walk and talk meeting with colleagues.
Rest your neck look around to the left and right and hold for 3-5 breaths.
Rest your wrists from typing, make fists and spread your fingers 15-20 times.
Be mindful and relax palm your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Do the leg raises under your desk for 15-20 times.
Stretch your back, clasp your hands together and raise towards the ceiling, hold for 3-5 breaths.
Focus on finishing one task and avoid all distractions.
